Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
All physical products are made to order through trusted print partners and shipped directly to you.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order and we are a small independent studio, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with our production partners to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable meditations and audio files) are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Because digital content cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive proper access.
