Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
All products from Aligned Muse are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means each item is individually produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory or stock pre-made items.
We partner with trusted fulfillment providers, including Printful and Lulu Direct, to produce and ship our products.
Processing Time
Because each item is made to order, please allow:
- 3–10 business days for production before shipping
Processing times may vary slightly depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International orders (if applicable): 7–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and fulfillment location.
Because items are fulfilled through multiple production partners, shipping costs may vary between products in a single order.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production location and fulfillment partner. You may receive separate tracking numbers.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed or missing, please check your tracking information first.
If needed, you can contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the fulfillment provider.
